We know that you want your order as soon as possible, that's why when we receive your order we get on it. We have your order packaged and shipped off to you within 2-3 business days. 

During times of high volume orders during peak season, processing times are longer and we ship within 5-7 business days. During these times we will e-mail you and post a notice on our site.

Whether it be a lost order, damaged item, or incorrect item(s) received. We will make it right and reship the correct order to you or a refund. No need to return any product you received.

Shipping, Packages, Lost orders, & Wrong addresses

We are not responsible for any packages lost by your selected shipment carrier. All claims are to be made to the carrier, which is why it is highly recommended that you use USPS Priority Mail as it is insured and you will be able to file a claim with USPS.

We ship out packages within 1-7 business days depending on store volume. 

Please double-check your address. We cannot change it once we ship your order. If you use the wrong address by mistake please email us as soon as possible with the subject line "WRONG ADDRESS" along with your order number. If we have already shipped your order you will have to place a new one or contact your selected carrier as we cannot recover your package for you. Address changes are free.
